If there is one thing that people can cling on to at any point of time in life is the rope that leads to the Paramathma or God or the Ultimate Power you call it anything. The rope is PRAYER. It gives one the hope to lead day to day life come what may.

Personally my life has been a roller coaster ride due to personal, family and lineage negative karma.  After having gone through the trials and tribulations of many facets in life, trying out different methodologies to solve problems using intelligence, personal ego and arrogance, the one thing that I realised through my Guru Shri K.B Gopalakrishnan is that Karma need not be suffered upon and there are ways to clear it. We all keep hanging to this physical world, physical body, western influence and the techniques around it to solve the problems in different aspects of life like Money, Career, Marriage, Child Birth, Health, Karma to name a few. But there is an unseen dimension called the Energy World that acts through our Energy Body (Sookshama Sareeram we call it in Sanskrit. The Auras and Chakras).

People resist to believe or made not to believe that there are solutions to every problem through Gods & Rituals. The most embarrassing topic on this planet earth for most of the people is to talk about prayers, God and rituals to their peers. It's an irony that the ultimate truth cannot be spoken truthfully. The reason is people are made fun of, mocked upon if they display signs of belief in Almighty & Destiny.

Such is the amount of negativity that's being spread by politicians and so called atheists to keep people in an everlasting state of mental agony & perplexity. Because, if people are peaceful and clear, the survival of the anti God elements become a question mark.  This very social shame of speaking about the Power of God has made people to withdraw from day to day prayers. On an esoteric level, my Guru says, "People with thin spiritual cord (Antakarna on the Sahasrara Chakra) usually cannot understand or be able to see higher dimensions.

Our great Rishis have given us the treasure of mantras and slokas. People who have a strong prayer routine in their day to day life have some kind of divine protection not only for them personally but also for their Children and Family members. There will always be a helping hand in testing times that comes to your rescue. It's God's way of helping people. If you are a person that longs to do prayers and meditation on a daily basis but hardly gets the mind, attitude and routine to implement, don't worry. Now is the time. Better late than never. Let's take tiny steps and try being consistent on our initiatives. The below three steps can be of help to begin with.

Useful Tips to Bring Prayer into Your Life

Step 1 - As soon as you get up from bed in the morning, Thank God for another wonderful day in your life and please chant the below Universal Prayer:

"Sarveshaam Swasthir Bhavatu, Sarveshaam Shanthir Bhavatu, Sarveshaam Pushtir Bhavatu, Sarvesh Poornam Bhavathu, Sarveshaam Mangalam Bhavathu. Om Shanthi Shanthi Shanthi Om."

Which means you are praying for the welfare of the whole humanity and literally translates into the following.

"May Everyone Be Happy

May Everyone Be Peaceful

May Everyone Be Healthy

May Everyone's Life Be Complete & Fulfilling

May Everyone's Life be Auspicious"

Step 2 - Finish off your morning routine and as soon as you take bath, light the lamp in your Pooja Place or Pooja Room. The very purpose of lighting lamp in our tradition is that the Fire has the power to cleanse your third eye (The Chakra between your eyebrows). If the third eye cleans up, you will experience a sense of clarity to carry out the tasks for the day in an appropriate manner and in the right direction. When this ritual becomes a habit and you take it to higher levels, you will be driven towards your purpose of life.

Step 3 - Keep the first 2 to 3 hrs of your morning time very peaceful. Stay calm and do productive works before getting into your daily work/business life. If you pick up fights and do unproductive tasks during this time, the whole day will be ruined.

If you are able to do this successfully for 120 days, you will find positive differences happening within yourself and the first level of prayer cycle will become a habit for you. Initially you would find it difficult to stay consistent. Try out in smaller chunks like 7 days, 21 days, 48 days, 60 days, 90 Days and 120 Days. This blog is just a tiny step to remind you of things that you already know deep within.

I dedicate this to My Guru, All the Great Rishis & Almighty.
